Friday Haiku: Showers

 

Since it’s raining pretty hard here in Brooklyn, I felt inspired to write a haiku about it.

You don’t even have to follow the 5-7-5 syllable “rule.”

Empty avenues—

The rain visits with bare feet!

Come inside and rest.
